Konnie data deletion
Request account or data deletion.
You can ask Titan Arch to delete or anonymise Konnie account, household, support, or receipt scan information where deletion is available under the privacy policy and applicable law.
Last updated: 19 July 2026.
How to request deletion
Email Titan Arch from the address linked to your Konnie account or include enough detail for us to identify the account, household, or report you want us to review.
The email button starts a deletion request subject line so the support inbox can route it as a privacy request.
What may be deleted
Depending on what you use, a deletion request may cover account identifiers, household membership records, local support records, receipt scan information, usage metrics, device notification records, and other personal or household-linked data held by Titan Arch.
If you are part of a shared household, deleting your account may not delete household content created by other members or records the household still needs for shared history, auditability, or trust.
Archiving a Household Documents record is not deletion. Removing an attachment requests deletion of its encrypted copy from active service storage. It cannot erase copies already downloaded to approved household phones.
What may be kept
Some data may need to be kept where required or permitted by law, for example billing, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records. Backup copies may also remain until normal backup cycles overwrite them.
Shared receipt scan examples are treated as private household-linked data. You can request deletion of examples linked to you, subject to the privacy policy and legal limits.
Other privacy requests
You can also use the same support inbox for access, correction, export, consent withdrawal, or privacy questions.
