Konnie terms

Terms for using Konnie.

These terms explain the basic rules for using Konnie. They are written for launch and should be read with the Konnie privacy policy.

Last updated: 19 July 2026.

Who provides Konnie

Konnie is provided by Titan Arch Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA.

Konnie helps people record household plans, notes, lists, receipts, spending, reminders, household records, and related household activity.

What Konnie is not

Konnie is not a bank, lender, broker, financial adviser, accountant, tax adviser, investment service, or credit product. It does not connect to bank accounts in the current product.

Any budget, receipt, card-balance, loan, repayment, APR, or spending information in Konnie is based on information entered by users or interpreted from receipts. Users should check important details before relying on them.

Household use

Konnie is built around shared household information. Only invite people you trust into a household.

If you add information to a shared household area, other active household members may be able to see, edit, respond to, or act on it depending on the feature.

Personal or local-only controls are intended to keep selected items private where the app offers them, but users should avoid adding information to shared areas that they do not want household members to see.

Review household membership and approved phones promptly when living arrangements, relationships, or trusted access change. Removing access can stop future sharing where the feature allows it, but cannot recall information already viewed, downloaded, photographed, copied, or saved while access was authorised.

Household Documents

Household Documents is optional. Encryption is always active when the feature is used. Approved household phones can access household-managed records.

Records assigned to one primary member are separately encrypted for that member's approved phones. Other household members cannot open the current synced copy. A leaving member must use an authorised phone to transfer assigned records or return them to household management.

Removing a phone blocks future document transfer and requires the remaining approved phones to rotate the household document key. Titan Arch has no master document key, so encrypted records may be unrecoverable if every approved phone and its secure keys is lost. Keep another secure copy of every official or essential document.

Archiving a record hides it from the normal view but keeps its encrypted details. Removing an attachment requests deletion from active service storage. It cannot recall copies already retained by approved household members, and backup, legal, security, or operational retention may still apply.

Read the Household Documents security and privacy statement.

Household member actions and disputes

Konnie does not determine legal ownership of household content or mediate disputes between household members. Users are responsible for reviewing access when circumstances change.

Except where a loss results from Titan Arch's breach of these terms, failure to use reasonable care and skill, or another legal duty, Titan Arch is not responsible for choices made by a household member or copies made or retained by someone while that person had authorised access. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

User content

Users are responsible for the content they add to Konnie. Do not add unlawful, abusive, harmful, misleading, or rights-infringing content.

Titan Arch may process user content as described in the privacy policy to provide the service, sync household data, deliver notifications, investigate problems, support users, improve receipt scanning, and maintain security.

Receipt review drafts

Receipt scanning is a support tool, not a financial guarantee. Receipt photos become review drafts. Scanner logic can make mistakes, especially with faded, damaged, folded, or unusual receipts.

Users should review receipt totals, merchants, dates, and line items before saving or relying on them. Scanner suggestions are not financial advice.

Receipt scanner improvement sharing is optional and starts switched off for each app install.

Subscriptions and changes

Konnie may offer free trials, launch offers, and paid subscriptions through app stores. Subscription availability, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation routes may depend on the app store used.

Konnie features may change, move, be renamed, or be removed as the product develops. Titan Arch aims to keep Konnie reliable, but the app may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems, app-store changes, third-party service issues, or faults.

Export, deletion, and acceptable use

Konnie includes CSV export where available. Deletion requests may not remove household records that belong to other active household members or records Titan Arch must keep for legal, accounting, security, dispute, or audit reasons.

Users must not try to access households, accounts, or data they are not allowed to access; misuse household codes; interfere with Konnie systems; upload malicious files; or use Konnie in a way that breaks applicable law.
